Mateusz Terlecki
DevOps Engineer, developer, the server guy. In IT since 2016, responsible for production infrastructure – environments, deployments, monitoring – since 2023.
I started as a full-stack developer at the CoZaButy.pl store, rolling out PrestaShop, integrations with Google Merchant and Ceneo, and technical SEO. Then for four years I wrote modules and integrations for Magento 2 and PrestaShop – first at Fast White Cat, then at ADVOX Studio.
In 2023 I moved to the infrastructure side. Today, as a DevOps Engineer, I design and run environments based on Proxmox, Docker Swarm and Kubernetes, build GitLab CI/CD pipelines, automate with Ansible and make sure monitoring notices problems before users do. Since 2026 I have been growing the security side: Wazuh (SIEM/XDR), security monitoring and preparing companies for NIS2. I work with AI every day – Claude, Codex, Cursor, OpenRouter – and with locally hosted models when data is sensitive.
TERMASOFT is my company. Under it I deliver B2B projects: from NIS2 readiness and Wazuh deployments, through Proxmox clusters and automation, to servers for small businesses and homelabs. I like hardware, I like clean code, and I do not like things that work “by accident”.

Before I change something, I want to know why it is the way it is. There is usually a reason.

Measure, don’t guess
Monitoring, metrics, backup restore tests. Facts instead of “it probably works”.
